How do you like your eggs in the morning? Whether poached, scrambled or fried, Aaron shows us how.

Eggs are a great source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. They are also full of many vitamins and minerals.

Always wondered how to get the perfect poachy? That runny gooey egg on your toast? Poached eggs can be tricky, but are actually straight forward. They only take a couple of minutes to cook. Aaron's top tip is to use a dash of white wine vinegar in the water to help keep the whites together (costs under £1 at your local supermarket and can be used in lots of other recipes).

Maybe you prefer a fried egg? Again, sometimes it can be hard to get a runny middle. Aaron uses a non-stick pan to get the perfect fried egg but shows you how to use oil if you don't have this type of pan. We've tried this one and it worked first time.

Or maybe your prefer creamy scrambled eggs? Aaron shows us a version using cream, but if you don't have any, you can use milk and butter instead, for this version. You'll need to probably cook the butter and milk a little longer than you would if you used cream, until it starts to thicken. Give it a go.

Happy cooking and send us some pics of your eggs :-)
